The incumbent reports to the Finance and Administration Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Purchasing and Supply Management or equivalence.
• At least 3 years relevant experience and a track record of good performance.
• Proven working experience in stores management.
KEY RESULT AREAS / DUTIES
• Receiving purchases according to their specifications as in the invoice and requisition.
• Maintaining stocks and stock records.
• Issuing of stocks to the needy departments.
• Tracking and accounting for all incoming and outgoing products.
• Confirming proper and timely delivery of products.
• Performing various inventory counts; order supplies and goods as needed.
• Compiling orders from the departments and appraising the buyer of re-order levels.
• Keeping track of inventory and supplies that need restocking.
• Tracking and ensuring deliveries are received.
• Compiling reports inventory and supply balances.
• Keeping track of expiry dates for received and goods in store.
