The incumbent reports to the Marketing and Business Development Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience of working in a training institute and a track record of good performance. Any other marketing qualification is an added advantage.
• Proven working experience in both marketing and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Graphic Designing and Digital Marketing is key.
KEY RESULT AREAS / DUTIES
• Identifying new business opportunities and analyze data and customer feedback.
• Developing marketing strategies and plans to meet business targets.
• Developing marketing campaigns and budgets.
• Managing the production and distribution of marketing materials.
• Assisting with developing methods to generate awareness through social media.
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and place advertisements in traditional and online media.
• Organizing and attending events, and develop special events as required.
• Collecting and analyzing data to make predictions about the company’s markets and potential expansion areas
• Creating synergetic linkages and partnerships with relevant organizations both locally and internationally for business growth across all product/service lines.
• Responsible for brand management, corporate identity and public relations.
• Identifying areas for improvement in product offerings, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
• Creating and designing content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media.
• Conducting digital marketing campaigns
• Customer and stakeholder relationship management
• Planning and organising promotional, business and social events
